The fine spray texture of the DC2 is additionally pressed, making it smoother. This way, top acoustic values are combined with an elegant look. Unpleasant noises are significantly dampened even with just 25 mm.

  • Acospray DC2+ is a sustainable, sound-absorbing spray plaster. It consists of two components: a binder and enriched, recycled cellulose fibers. The material can be applied in a thickness of 5 to 45 mm. At 25mm, it achieves excellent absorption in the speech frequency range.

  • The material is applied using a special spray process, where multiple layers are sprayed crosswise and compressed during the process. This creates a diffusion-open, structured ceiling with a flattened surface.

  • Acsopray DC2+ can be applied to almost any surface. Once dry, it weighs just 1.5–2.0 kg/m² per 10 mm of application thickness.

  • This product is also available as Green Line with India Yellow or Hong Kong Grey fibers.

    • Many other specific colors are available. The coloring is achieved by adding pigments to the binder.

  • You can remove dust and cobwebs using a vacuum cleaner with a soft textile nozzle attachment. Another option is dry ice cleaning. If you'd like, we're happy to offer a maintenance contract for both methods.

  • Small repairs are done manually, medium-sized repairs with our mini-machine (38 kg), and large repairs are carried out using the standard spray equipment (200 kg).

  • The material can be over-sprayed using an airless spray technique. Applying paint with a roller is not recommended.

  • After moistening and allowing it to soak for 24 hours, the material can be easily and completely removed without residue.

    • The substrate must be clean, dry, and airtight (drywall joints must be sealed)

    • The surface quality of the substrate determines the flatness of the final result.

    • Acoprimer enhances adhesion, prevents bleeding, and stops the substrate from becoming saturated with moisture.

    • Junction boxes and similar components must be extended by the thickness of the insulation layer.

    • If a flush finish is not achieved by a wall or window/door frame, a finishing profile of at least 10 mm thickness must be installed.

    • Metal parts need to be pre-treated against corrosion.

    • Installation using mobile scaffolding or lifting platforms.

    • Processing temperature ≥15°C

    • Installations/wall sections are sprayed with a standard thickness of 10 mm.

    • To speed up the drying process, we recommend using fans and construction dehumidifiers; a moisture meter is provided for monitoring.

    • For spotlights, there are sleeves or 3D-printed constructions.
